Workout in the privacy of your own home or take your workout with you when you travel! Pilates by Video Call can go anywhere you go. Deborah will design a customized session of Pilates mat exercises for you to do at home. All you need is a yoga mat, a web camera, and access to Skype, ZOOM, or a similar video chat service.
